01. HOW WILL OUR RELATIONSHIP WORK?

 

Since we know we must earn your continues patronage on each visit, we do not use contracts. We depend on open communications. If you are happy, refer a friend. Also, let us know of any way we may better serve you.

 

02. WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

 

To make our house cleaning services more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items prior to a visit from our housekeeping teams.

 

03. DO I NEED TO SUPPLY ANY EQUIPMENT OR SUPPLIES?

 

For your convenience, equipment and normal supplies are provided by Mop Quest Cleaning Services.

 

04. WHAT TIME WILL MOP QUEST ARRIVE?

 

Mop Quest can’t guarantee what time residential housekeepers will arrive because each home gets the attention it deserves and not a pre-determined amount of time. Still, most homes fall easily into regularly scheduled cleaning windows between 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday – Sunday. If for any reason you require a more precise time of arrival, Mop Quest will work with you for a convenient solution.

 

05. DO YOU CLEAN HOMES/OFFICES JUST ONCE, OR DO YOU HAVE TO CLEAN LONG-TERM?

 

While most of our customers prefer bi-weekly cleaning on a regularly scheduled day, we also clean homes or businesses more or less frequently on as needed basis.

 

06. WHAT IF SOMETHING IS DAMAMGED WHEN MY HOME IS CLEANED?

 

We treat your home with greatest care and respect, however, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning your home, we would make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced.

 

07. WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO RE-SCHEDULE MY SERVICE?

 

Mop Quest works with you. Simply call 48-hours before your regularly scheduled home cleaning with a more convenient cleaning time. We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs.

 

08. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CLEANING FALLS ON A HOLIDAY?

 

We call to reschedule for a more convenient time if your house cleaning falls on a holiday. Mop Quest will also remind you about additional maid services in which you may have expressed an interest. Perhaps that means an additional clean prior to a big holiday party. If you’ve scheduled that extra holiday cleaning service, canceling or rescheduling does requires 72-hours notice.

 

09. DO I HAVE TO GIVE MOP QUEST CLEANING SERVICES MY HOUSE/OFFICE KEYS?

 

Many of our customers work during the day and enjoy coming home to a clean house after a long day. Most of our customers supply us with a key to their home or a code to enter through a garage. Your key is kept safely in a lock box when not being used by the team. Some of customers have an alternative method that they are comfortable with. Of course, we also can arrange a time for you to meet us at the home.

 

 10. WILL I ALWAYS HAVE THE SAME CLEANING LADIES?

 

Mop Quest Cleaning Services understands the importance of continuity in our cleaning ladies and we will prioritize keeping the same cleaners assigned to your home. However, if your cleaning lady should be ill or on vacation, we will assign another trained and competent cleaning lady for your home or business.
